Water cooling cable, commonly known as water cable, is a special cable with hollow water for high curent heating equipment. lt isusually composed of electrode (cable head), conductor and outer protective sleeve.

The conductor is made of bare copper wire with large bending radius, The external protective sleeve uses ordinay rubber hosewith low pressure resistance, The sleeve and electrode are fastened with ordinany clamps, which has poor sealing and is easy to leak.

The high-quality water-cooled cable electrode is made of integral copper baturning and milling, and the surface is passivated or tinned, The conductor ismade of tinned copper stranded wire or enamelled wire woven by CNC windingmachine, with hiah flexibility and small bending radius: The outer protectivesleeve adopts synthetic rubber pipe with reinforced cloth clamping layer, witlhigh pressure resistance.
